Chicken:

Cranberry Sauce:
- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup French or Russian salad dressing
- 1/2 packet dry onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)
Garnish:
- Chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Season and sear the chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear in a skillet with olive oil until lightly browned.
- Prepare the cranberry mixture: Combine cranberry sauce, salad dressing, onion soup mix, Dijon mustard, and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Bake: Place chicken in the baking dish, pour cranberry mixture over the top, cover with foil, and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes.
- Garnish and serve: Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
