- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- ½ teaspoon paprika

- 1 (30-ounce) bag frozen tater tots

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Mix Ingredients: Stir in soup, sour cream, cheddar, corn, paprika, pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Layer Casserole: Spread beef mixture in the baking dish and top with tater tots.
- Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes until tater tots are crispy.
