Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir just until combined to form a thick batter.
- Fry the Doughnut Puffs: Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Drop rounded tablespoons of batter into the hot oil, frying in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
