Instructions
- Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, add the frozen strawberries, chocolate protein powder, almond milk, Greek yogurt, peanut butter (if using), honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.
- Adjust Consistency: Blend everything until smooth. If the shake is too thick, add a little more almond milk or water to reach your desired consistency. If it’s too thin, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
- Taste and Adjust: Taste the shake and adjust sweetness, adding more honey or maple syrup if desired. Blend again to incorporate.
