1 small onion (sliced), 1 red bell pepper (sliced), 4 cloves garlic (minced),
Seasonings:
1 cup chicken broth, ½ cup dry white wine, ¼ cup red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional), ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper,
Garnish:

Instructions
