Chicken Philly Sliders:
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 slider buns
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook chicken until no longer pink.
- Add vegetables: Stir in onion, bell peppers, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until tender.
- Assemble sliders: Place bottom halves of slider buns in a baking dish, top with chicken mixture, provolone, and bun tops.
- Brush with butter: Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush over buns.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for 5 more minutes.
