Chicken Philly Sliders:

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts thinly sliced

  • 1 green bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 slider buns
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook chicken until no longer pink.
  3. Add vegetables: Stir in onion, bell peppers, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until tender.
