For the Chicken Caesar Mixture:

- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 4 fresh croissants (halved)

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken Caesar Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and black pepper. Stir until the chicken is well coated.
- Add Romaine Lettuce: Gently fold in the chopped romaine lettuce just before assembling the sandwiches.
- Assemble the Sandwiches: Slice the croissants in half horizontally. Spoon the chicken Caesar mixture onto the bottom half of each croissant. Add sliced tomatoes or bacon if desired. Top with the other half of the croissant and serve immediately.
