This Cheeseburger Pasta recipe combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with the comfort of pasta in a creamy, cheesy dish that is sure to please the whole family.

Pasta:
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni or other short pasta
Cheeseburger Sauce:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Additional:
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Sauce: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Add the onion and garlic, cook until softened. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine. Reduce heat, pour in the milk, then stir in the shredded cheddar until melted and creamy.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef for a lighter version.
- Add diced pickles on top for an extra cheeseburger flavor.
- This dish reheats well and makes great leftovers.
