Scallion Dip:

- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chili crisp (plus more for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Garnish:
- chopped cilantro or sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Char Scallions: Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Toss scallions with olive oil and grill until lightly charred, about 3–4 minutes, turning occasionally. Let cool slightly, then chop finely.
- Mix Dip: In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise, chili crisp, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lime juice. Stir until smooth. Fold in the charred scallions.
- Serve: Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with extra chili crisp, and garnish with cilantro or sesame seeds. Serve with chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
- The dip can be made a day ahead and chilled—the flavors intensify overnight.
