Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Prepare Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix oil, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
