Description

Indulge in the rich and creamy goodness of this Caramel Coffee Fudge. A delightful blend of white chocolate, espresso, vanilla, and caramel, this no-bake treat is perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Fudge:

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons instant espresso powder (or strong instant coffee)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

For the Swirl:

  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. Melt the Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until smooth. Add espresso powder, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Layer and Swirl: Pour half the fudge into the pan, drizzle with caramel, swirl, then add the rest of the fudge. Drizzle more caramel and swirl again.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Cut into squares before serving.

Notes

  • Store fudge in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • For a stronger coffee flavor, increase espresso powder to 3 tablespoons.
