Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- Melt the Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until smooth. Add espresso powder, vanilla, and salt.
- Layer and Swirl: Pour half the fudge into the pan, drizzle with caramel, swirl, then add the rest of the fudge. Drizzle more caramel and swirl again.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Cut into squares before serving.
