Mashed Potatoes:
1 cup cooked and mashed potatoes (lightly seasoned)
Camembert Cheese:
4 oz Camembert cheese (cut into small cubes)
Thyme Leaves:
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
Egg Wash:
1 egg (beaten)
Honey Drizzle:
2 tablespoons honey
Optional:
Pinch of flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut into 12 equal squares.
- Fill: Spoon mashed potatoes, Camembert cubes, and thyme onto each square. Fold and seal.
- Bake: Brush with egg wash, bake for 15–18 minutes until golden.
- Finish: Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with sea salt if desired. Serve warm.
