This Cajun Sauce recipe is a flavorful and versatile condiment that adds a spicy kick to your favorite dishes. Creamy and zesty, it’s perfect for dipping, spreading on sandwiches, or drizzling over grilled meats and seafood.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Cajun Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, and Dijon mustard. Stir in the Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon juice.
  2. Add cayenne pepper if you want extra spice. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
