Instructions

  3. Add Potatoes and Broth: Add potatoes, chicken broth, Cajun seasoning, paprika, thyme, salt, black pepper, and cayenne. Simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. Mash Soup: Partially mash the soup for texture. Stir in milk and cream, simmer for 5 minutes.
