- 8 ounces elbow macaroni

For the dressing:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar or lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni: Boil the macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain, rinse under cold water, and let cool.
- Prepare the dressing: In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine ingredients: Add cooled pasta, bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce to the dressing. Toss gently to coat.
- Chill and serve: Sprinkle with chives, chill for at least 30 minutes, and serve.
