Brownie Batter:

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Mix the Batter: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract, then sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Gently stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 28–32 minutes. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out slightly moist. Cool before slicing.
