- 2 cups beef broth

Instructions
- Mashed Potatoes: Place potatoes in a large pot, cover with cold water, and add a pinch of salt. Boil for 12–15 minutes until tender. Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Beef Gravy: In a skillet, sauté onion in olive oil until softened. Add garlic, then brown ground beef. Sprinkle flour, stir, and gradually add beef broth. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and thyme. Simmer until thickened.
- Serve mashed potatoes topped with beef gravy. Garnish with parsley.
