- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar (optional, for tang)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Season the salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry, brush with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Bake the salmon: Place the seasoned salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until cooked through.
- Make the Bang Bang Sauce: Mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar until smooth.
- Finish and serve: Drizzle the baked salmon with the sauce and garnish with green onions or sesame seeds.
