Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Season the salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry, brush with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Bake the salmon: Place the seasoned salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Make the Bang Bang Sauce: Mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar until smooth.
