Instructions

  1. Bang Bang Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Prepare Chicken: Toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly coated.
  3. Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Toss with half of the bang bang sauce.
