- 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce

- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions
- Bang Bang Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and a pinch of salt.
- Prepare Chicken: Toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Toss with half of the bang bang sauce.
