  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Season chicken: Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sear chicken: In a skillet, sear chicken for 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Set aside.
