Ingredients
Scale
For the Wraps:
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 4 large flour tortillas (8–10 inch)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a blend of cheddar and mozzarella)
- Nonstick cooking spray
For Serving:
- 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing (optional, for dipping)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with hot sauce and melted butter until evenly coated.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay out tortillas and sprinkle each with cheese, then divide chicken mixture evenly among them. Roll tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go, to form wraps.
- Air Fry: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place wraps seam side down in the basket, leaving space between them. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve: Remove and let cool slightly before slicing in half. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
Notes
- For extra crunch, brush the wraps with a little oil before air frying.
- Add sliced jalapeños, onions, or spinach for variation.
- These wraps can also be made ahead, refrigerated, and reheated in the air fryer.
