For the Wraps:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 large flour tortillas (8–10 inch)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a blend of cheddar and mozzarella)
  • Nonstick cooking spray

For Serving:

  • 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing (optional, for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with hot sauce and melted butter until evenly coated.
  2. Assemble the Wraps: Lay out tortillas and sprinkle each with cheese, then divide chicken mixture evenly among them. Roll tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go, to form wraps.
  3. Air Fry: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place wraps seam side down in the basket, leaving space between them. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Serve: Remove and let cool slightly before slicing in half. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, brush the wraps with a little oil before air frying.
  • Add sliced jalapeños, onions, or spinach for variation.
  • These wraps can also be made ahead, refrigerated, and reheated in the air fryer.
